Sr.Production Supervisor

We are hiring Sr.Production Supervisor

Job Description:

·      Production planning as per the on hand pending work orders, updating of its due dates and planning accordingly to complete it on planned date.

·      After receipt of WO allocate the material as per the manufacturing process due date and Priorities. on respective Machines.

·      Calculate Raw material sizes for the holders., shanks, adapters, Tip base.

·      Responsible to achieve Production target as per Production Plan.

·      Distribute schedules to each machine.

·      Allocate manpower to machines as per current load.

·      Planning as per priorities and due dates.

·      Planning and coordinating with team as per daily schedule to complete job work.

·      Monitoring the daily schedule and ensuring the completion as per plan.

·      Monitor Process Flow of holders.

·      Checking Manufacturing Feasibility and Calculate Process cost.

·      Order Updating in Plant manager and capacity planning of holders.

·      Maintaining ISO Documentation.

·      Plan Preventive Maintenance of machines and Ensure its completion on regular basis.

·      Monitor the AMC Visits of machines are conducted on given dates and maintain Visit Records.

·      After completion of Job as per required drawing, handover the finished job To the QA Department for Final Inspection before dispatch.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

Experince:Fresher or 3-5 yrs.
