Key Responsibilities

1. Attend machine breakdowns to ensure continuous production line operation.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in 

   Siemens / Omron / Mitsubishi / Delta PLCs

   , VFDs, and automation systems.
3. Handle 

   IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / Customer Audits

    and maintain documentation as per standards.
4. Plan and execute 

   preventive & predictive maintenance

    schedules (Mandatory).
5. Manage 

   critical spare parts

   , ensuring min/max stock levels (Mandatory).
6. Perform 

   machine installation and commissioning

    activities (Mandatory).
7. Lead and support 

   unionized maintenance teams

   , including training and skill development.
8. Knowledge of 

   blower and vertical pump repair

    (Mandatory).
9. Troubleshoot 

   electronic components and card-based systems

   .
10. Ability to remain calm and effective in 

    high-stress or critical situations

    .
11. Manage all aspects of 

    Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation maintenance

    .
12. Strong understanding of 

    electrical safety norms

    .
