Sr.Immigration Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into successful clients.
• Provide accurate information about immigration services including Permanent Residency (PR), Work Visas, Opportunity Cards, and other visa categories.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable immigration programs.
• Solve client queries related to the visa and immigration process.
• Maintain and update the client database regularly.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales and progress reports with management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and referral business.
• Stay updated on immigration policies, procedures, and opportunities across different countries.

Key Requirements:

· Strong communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written).

· Ability to handle client objections and provide clear solutions.

• Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage.
