Location: Thane, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Role: French Language Expert – Customer Support (Night Shift)
Compensation: Up to ₹10 LPA
Schedule: US Night Shift | 5 Days Working | 2 Week-offs

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with international customers in French via phone, email, and chat
• Provide prompt, accurate resolution to customer inquiries and issues

What We’re Looking For

• French proficiency: B2 level or above (written and spoken)
• English skills: Strong verbal and written communication

• Customer focus & flexibility: Positive attitude and readiness for night shift work
