SRE I - CloudOps (GCP, B2C)

As a dedicated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Cloud Ops at our large-scale global company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and scalability of our cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively monitoring infrastructure and application alerts to maintain uptime and performance. - Working in a 24/7 environment with flexible availability for rotational shifts. - Managing and resolving environment-related issues to ensure stability and efficiency. - Overseeing CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment of updates and releases. - Executing day-to-day operational activities such as incident management and maintaining operational excellence. - Utilizing tools like Kubernetes, PagerDuty, and GCP Cloud to support operational activities. To be an ideal candidate for this role, you should: - Be a B.E/B.Tech graduate with 2+ years of experience in Site Reliability and Cloud Ops. - Have expertise in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK, and resolving related issues promptly. - Possess hands-on experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and container management. - Demonstrate proficiency in setting up and managing alerting systems using PagerDuty. - Have a basic understanding of GCP (Google Cloud Platform) services and operations. - Showcase strong problem-solving skills and experience in handling critical incidents under pressure. - Have basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices. Your skills should include expertise in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), incident management, GCP, Kubernetes, PagerDuty, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud fundamentals.,
