Job Description

As an SRE DevOps Architect at ValueLabs, you will play a critical role in architecting, implementing, and managing infrastructure in multi-cloud (AWS, GCP) and hybrid environments. Your responsibilities will include: - Deploying, managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting large-scale Kubernetes clusters in multi-cloud (AWS, GCP) and hybrid environments - Implementing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD for declarative Kubernetes deployments and continuous synchronization - Securing container runtime with pod security admission controls, network policies, and CIS benchmark enforcement - Implementing cluster autoscaling and resource management strategies with tools such as Karpenter Your skills in Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure Management will be put to use as you: - Architecting, implementing, and managing infrastructure in multi-cloud (AWS, GCP) and hybrid environments following security-by-design principles - Implementing cloud security posture management (CSPM) using AWS Security Hub and GCP Security Command Center - Optimizing cloud resource usage leveraging AWS Cost Explorer, Savings Plans, and similar tools on other cloud providers In the domain of Monitoring, Observability, and Reliability, you will: - Developing and maintaining comprehensive monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Datadog, or similar tools - Implementing runtime security monitoring using Falco and AWS GuardDuty for anomaly detection - Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing proactive improvements to maximize system uptime, reliability, and performance Your expertise in CI/CD Pipelines and Automation will be valuable as you: - Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Tekton - Integrating security scanning (SAST/DAST) and artifact signing (cosign/sigstore) into deployment workflows - Promoting and implementing DevSecOps best practices across teams to automate testing, security scanning, and deployments In the realm of Security, Compliance, and Governance, you will: - Implement infrastructure entitlement management through automated IAM policy reviews and least-privilege enforcement - Managing secrets securely using Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or similar tools with automated rotation policies - Ensuring adherence to compliance standards (SOC2, FedRAMP) and regulatory requirements through policy-as-code (OPA/Rego) Your role will also involve Cost Optimization and Efficiency by: - Implementing and enforcing governance policies and frameworks to optimize infrastructure usage, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency - Regularly reviewing and optimizing cloud expenditure, performance, and scaling strategies Moreover, your Collaboration and Communication skills will be essential as you: - Collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA, product teams, and management stakeholders - Clearly communicate complex infrastructure concepts and strategies to diverse stakeholders Apply now to join ValueLabs as an SRE DevOps Architect in Hyderabad with an immediate start within 15 days.,
