Job Description

Job Summary The Sr. Developer role involves designing developing and maintaining software applications using Teamcenter Angular Springboot Microservices and Core Java. The candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts contributing to innovative solutions that enhance business processes and improve user experiences. This position does not require travel. Responsibilities Design and develop robust software applications using Teamcenter Angular Springboot Microservices and Core Java to meet business requirements and enhance user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Implement best practices in coding and software development to ensure high-quality and efficient solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and enhance system performance. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to enhance speed and reliability. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies applying this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop innovative solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference and team collaboration. Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers assisting in their professional growth and development. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards maintaining the integrity and security of software applications. Contribute to the companys purpose by developing solutions that positively impact society and improve business operations. Qualifications Possess strong expertise in Teamcenter Angular Springboot Microservices and Core Java demonstrating proficiency in software development and application design. Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in software development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. Exhibit strong communication skills capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Experience in hybrid work environments demonstrating adaptability and effective time management skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices contributing to efficient and collaborative project execution. Certifications Required Certified Java Developer Angular Certification Teamcenter Certification
