KEY Responsibilities

  • Participate in design sessions and provide input on moderate to complex software solutions
  • Translate non-technical requirements into technical business specificationDocument business needs, issues, and challenges
  • Proactively research best practices and suggest solutions
  • Act as a representative of the Business Analysis team across teams to enhance processes

Key Skills

  • Strong experience in business analysis principles and techniques
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in documenting user stories and business requirements
  • Knowledge of IT principles, software development lifecycles, and enterprise architecture
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks efficiently
  • Any BA certification (like CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) is a plus
