Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Architect & Project Coordinator located in Pune Camp. The Sr. Architect & Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing architectural design projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, ensuring integration of architectural elements, and ensuring that projects meet quality standards. The role includes conducting site visits, preparing project documentation, liaising with contractors, and collaborating with the design and construction teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.

• Experience in Project Management and Coordination
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools
