SRAM Senior/Staff/Principal Engineer

📍 Location: Flexible | Full-time

At NextICRON Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we are building cutting-edge semiconductor solutions and expanding our team of world-class engineers.

What you’ll do:

✔️ Design & validate SRAM/ROM/Register File Compilers

✔️ Develop read/write assist circuits & low-power features (power gating, retention, multi-VDD)

✔️ Perform timing, power & yield analysis across PVT/Monte Carlo

✔️ Deliver high-quality collaterals (LEF, GDS, Liberty, Verilog)

✔️ Enhance compiler automation & verification flows

What we’re looking for:

🔹 3–10 yrs in memory/SRAM design & compiler development

🔹 Strong foundation in SRAM architecture, assist circuits, design margins

🔹 Skilled in timing/power characterization & Liberty generation

🔹 Hands-on with EDA tools: Virtuoso, Spectre/HSPICE, Calibre, Synopsys
