Job Description

As a candidate with 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, you should have a strong expertise in deep learning, including supervised, unsupervised, self-supervised, and reinforcement learning. Additionally, you should be well-versed in Large Language Models such as Transformers, self-attention, mixture of experts, and embeddings. Your key responsibilities in this role would include: - Proven experience in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, graph databases, prompt engineering, and AI agent design, orchestration, and optimization. - Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning, data pre-processing, and Python programming, with proficiency in ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent. - Experience with LangChain, LangGraph (preferred) or CrewAI / LlamaIndex, and LLMOps tools like LangFuse (preferred) or LangSmith. - Strong knowledge of AWS development and deployment, including ECS, Lambda, S3, and AWS AI/ML/GenAI platforms such as SageMaker and Bedrock. - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Ability to deploy scalable AI/ML solutions in production environments with a focus on reliability, performance, and usability. - Excellent problem-solving skills with experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions in real-world applications. Your qualifications for this position should include: - 5+ years of experience in AI/ML. - Proficiency in deep learning and Large Language Models. - Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning, data pre-processing, and Python programming. - Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent. - Knowledge of AWS development and deployment, including ECS, Lambda, S3, and AI/ML platforms. - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools. - Proven experience delivering AI solutions in real-world applications.
