Sr. Web Developer

As a Senior Web Developer for our full-stack creative team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development process. This includes the initial specification, development, testing, and launching of projects. Your expertise in object-oriented PHP programming, MVC designs, and front-end technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3 will be crucial in designing and building efficient PHP modules while seamlessly integrating front-end technologies. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing web applications and requirements, designing and building web applications using PHP Technologies, integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers, and building efficient, testable, and reusable modules. You will also be responsible for solving complex performance problems, troubleshooting application and code issues, and ensuring smooth integrations. Collaborating with front-end and back-end developers on projects, testing functionality for users and the backend, and scaling projects based on feedback and requirements will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will oversee junior web developers, evaluate their performance, and present work in meetings with stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of PHP with MVC frameworks like Laravel, CakePHP, Codeigniter, Yii, a good command over OOPs, and an understanding of MVC design patterns. Experience with front-end technologies, JavaScript frameworks like JQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, VueJS, Responsive designs, SQL/NoSQL, MySQL Schema, performance optimization, caching techniques, RESTful APIs, and web services will be essential. Proficiency in code versioning tools like GIT, designing clean, semantic, well-designed code, and following industry best practices are also required. Your ability to work independently and in teams, collaborate with other team members and stakeholders, and apply problem-solving skills and critical mindset will be valuable. Having a passion for delivering a great user experience, understanding accessibility and security compliance, and strong communication skills both verbal and written are crucial for this role. The desire and ability to learn, be a good team player enthusiastic about delivering results, and experience in Linux commands, managing instances in AWS, Cloud Server, AWS, NodeJS, MongoDB, DevOps, Architecturing applications, SaaS applications, and working on larger databases and applications are added advantages.
