You are a Senior Web Developer joining our full-stack creative team, responsible for the entire software development process. This includes initial specification, development, testing, and project launch. To excel in this role, you must have a deep understanding of object-oriented PHP programming, familiarity with MVC designs, and proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3. A top-tier PHP Developer can craft efficient PHP modules while seamlessly integrating front-end technologies. Your responsibilities will include analyzing web applications and requirements, designing and constructing web applications using PHP technologies, integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers, building efficient, testable, and reusable modules, tackling complex performance problems and architectural challenges, troubleshooting application and code issues, collaborating with front-end and back-end developers, testing functionality for users and the backend, ensuring smooth integrations, scaling projects based on feedback and requirements with a focus on performance and load, taking ownership of code throughout development stages, implementing and enforcing development standards and procedures, deploying applications to different platforms like AWS or Azure, presenting work in meetings with stakeholders, overseeing junior web developers, and evaluating their performance. In terms of requirements, you should possess a strong knowledge of PHP with MVC frameworks such as Laravel, CakePHP, Codeigniter, or Yii, a good command of OOPS and an understanding of MVC design patterns, experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, proficiency in JS frameworks like JQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, or VueJS, familiarity with responsive designs, working experience with SQL/NoSQL and creating MySQL Schema, expertise in performance optimization, SQL optimizations, and caching techniques, understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications, proficiency in code versioning tools like GIT and release practices, experience in designing RESTful APIs and web services, a commitment to clean, semantic, well-designed code following industry best practices, a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences, the ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and stakeholders, solid knowledge of all SDLC phases, experience with agile and waterfall methodologies, understanding of accessibility and security compliance, strong problem-solving skills and a critical mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a desire and ability to learn, enthusiasm for delivering results, and added advantages such as understanding Linux commands, managing instances in AWS or Cloud Server, experience with AWS, NodeJS, and MongoDB, understanding of DevOps and concepts, experience in architecturing applications, working on SaaS applications, and working with larger databases and applications. Ideally, you will have 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, along with a Diploma, Degree, or B.Tech in IT, CS, or MCA.,
