Sr. Wealth Manager : In Leading Financial Services Industry

Sr. Manager / Chief Manager / AVP Wealth Management

Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients financial objectives and provide customized investment solutions.
  
• Grow and manage a portfolio with a focus on increasing AUM through new client acquisition and references.
  
• Regularly conduct portfolio reviews for existing investors and recommend rebalancing strategies.
  
• Upsell and cross-sell wealth products (MFs, FDs, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, etc.) based on market trends.
  
• Share market insights, research reports, and scheme updates regularly with clients.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for investor events and campaigns.
  
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to explain complex financial products in a clear and simplified manner.
  
• Analytical mindset to align product recommendations with client goals.
  
• Emotional intelligence, confidence, and professional presentation.
  
• Familiarity with compliance, due diligence, and financial documentation processes.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Experience

  : 7 - 12 years in Wealth Management / Financial Planning / Investment Advisory.

• AUM Track Record

  : Must have managed a minimum AUM of 30 Crores.

• Product Knowledge

  : Hands-on experience with Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, FDs, etc.

• Certifications

  : Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, CFP, etc.) are an added advantage.
