Job Description

Role Overview: You are being recruited as a Senior Voice Process Executive for a well-known BPO situated at Infopark in Kochi. Your primary responsibility will involve managing customer interactions through both inbound and outbound voice calls. Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls - Provide excellent service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Accurately record customer interactions in the system - Adhere to process guidelines and uphold quality standards - Work collaboratively with internal teams to address customer issues Qualification Required: - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in BPO voice processes (mandatory) - Graduation in any discipline (mandatory) - Possess strong communication and problem-solving abilities - Ready to work in Night Shift (6 PM - 3 AM) - Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills Additional Details: The company offers benefits such as commuter assistance, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
