Qualification: Graduation (mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in BPO voice process (mandatory)

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹33,000 CTC per month + Incentives upto ₹3000

Work Days: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Shift: Night Shift (6 PM – 3 AM)

Job Description:

We are hiring Senior Voice Process Executives for a reputed BPO located at Infopark, Kochi. As a Senior Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions via inbound and outbound voice calls.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system
• Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns

Requirements

• Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in BPO voice process (mandatory)
• Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work Night Shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
• Customer-focused and good interpersonal skills

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
