Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Visualizer to lead our design team and manage projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will not only be a strong visual storyteller but also excel in coordinating with clients and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This role demands exceptional design skills, leadership qualities, and project management expertise.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership:

• Lead the design team in developing creative concepts and visuals for various projects.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and feedback to junior designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into projects to keep designs fresh and innovative.

Project Management:

• Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges.

Client Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into creative briefs.
• Present creative ideas and solutions to clients, incorporating their feedback into the design process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

Creative Contribution:

• Develop concepts, storyboards, and designs for campaigns, branding, digital media, and print.
• Ensure all visuals align with the brand's identity and communication goals.
• Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive outputs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 5+ years in a creative/design role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools. Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Creativity: Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and concepts.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing and motivating a team of designers.
• Project Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira is a bonus.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
