Responsibilities:

• Handle various administrative tasks (data entry, scheduling, research, etc.)
• Assist with operational support, including preparing

  and other documents
• Manage and respond to

  client communications

• Provide support across different projects and ensure tasks are delivered on time
• Take initiative to suggest improvements and streamline processes

Requirements:

• Filipino candidate only
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong communication skills (written & spoken English)
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new tools/software
• Reliable and able to

  meet deadlines consistently

• Proactive mindset and willingness to go beyond just following instructions
