Team Member Role: AVP/VP - Residential Real Estate

The AVP/VP - Residential Real Estate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of Residential Real Estate transactions. This includes market research, property viewings, negotiations, and finalizing deals. The AVP/VP - Residential Real Estate will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and maintaining relationships with clients and builders/developers.

What would the work Entail:

5+ years of Residential Real Estate Transaction experience with good knowledge of Bangalore geography

Should be able to assess client requirements and serve promptly to maximize closure opportunities.

Build, Maintain and Grow Strong relationships with Key Account Clients and key decision-makers in the industry.

Build, Maintain and Grow Strong relationships with developers/property owners.

Finding and developing new markets and improving sales

Meeting with prospective clients, understanding the requirements, and explaining projects.

Coordinate with the business development team, effectively convert leads to business.

Manage/ Build an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team most productively.

Manage the transaction process endtoend efficiently to achieve smooth closures.

Responsible for the individual/ team's P&L
