About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role involves leading design projects, collaborating with international clients, and delivering user-centric digital experiences. You’ll work across teams to translate complex ideas into intuitive designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Ownership: Lead UI/UX projects from concept to delivery with minimal supervision.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with international clients; build strong relationships.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and follow a structured design process.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Contribute to internal projects, bring fresh ideas, and support process improvements.
• Mentorship: Guide junior designers and help build a strong design culture.
• Marketing Support: Contribute to case studies, blogs, and webinars.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with design trends and tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and user-first approach
• Experience with Agile is a plus

Location Requirement: Must be able to commute or relocate to Ahmedabad

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
