About the Role: We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Developer with a strong background in building and enhancing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth expertise in Angular, Java, and modern UI/UX design principles. This role demands leadership skills to oversee projects and mentor junior developers, translating business objectives into scalable and user-centric digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: - Lead the development of user-focused applications on web and mobile platforms. - Provide architectural guidance for seamless integration with Java-based backend systems. - Establish coding standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks. UI/UX Excellence: - Drive the creation of cutting-edge user interfaces. - Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis. - Maintain design system and ensure brand consistency. Collaboration & Mentorship: - Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals. - Mentor junior developers and designers to foster innovation. - Advocate for UI/UX excellence in strategic discussions. Required Qualifications: - 7+ years of UI/UX development experience for large-scale applications. - Proficiency in Angular, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. - Track record in designing enterprise-grade, scalable applications. - Knowledge of design systems, accessibility, and usability best practices. - Hands-on experience with UI/UX tools and prototyping frameworks. - Ability to make architectural decisions and solve technical challenges. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in leading cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments. - Knowledge of cloud-based architectures and microservices integration. - Familiarity with progressive web apps, mobile-first design, and UI testing frameworks. - Demonstrated thought leadership in UI/UX publications or community contributions.
