Job Description: As a Sales Executive, your role will involve delivering the sales plan across channels, particularly in Modern Trade. You will be responsible for building relationships with Regional Category Managers to drive business with regional category teams. In addition, you will need to focus on in-store execution by ensuring availability, share of shelf, promotion, and asset execution. Managing distributor relationships will be crucial, including maintaining stock availability as per norms and delivering a 100% fill rate to Modern Trade accounts. Commercial hygiene is also a key responsibility, where you will need to ensure all distributor claims are settled on time and promptly resolve any issues. Qualifications Required: - Education Graduate, MBA preferred. - 2-4 years of experience in Key Accounts specifically in the FMCG Industry. - Experience in managing a team of promoters and merchandisers. - Proficiency in MS Excel is a must. - Ability to read and understand data effectively.,
