Job Description

As a Senior Training Supervisor at InteLogix, you will play a crucial role in leading and facilitating training programs for call center agents across three locations. Your dedication to excellence and innovation will ensure that new hire, refresher, and up-training sessions are delivered with precision. In collaboration with the Training Manager and client stakeholders, you will continuously update and enhance training materials to align with industry standards and client requirements. Your commitment to fostering a culture of learning and support will empower agents to achieve their performance expectations. **Responsibilities:** - Facilitate new hire and refresher training programs for call center agents. - Collaborate with the Training Manager and client stakeholders to update, create, and deliver refreshed core training materials. - Implement effective class control techniques to enhance learning and engagement. - Provide coaching, mentoring, and side-by-side support for agents in need of additional assistance. - Offer feedback and guidance to supervisors to address agent training needs and performance gaps. - Edit, correct, and update outdated or missing training materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements. - Support floor operations by addressing questions and assisting with escalations. - Travel, occasionally overnight for up to 34 weeks (company-paid), to conduct training at different sites. - Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends based on training schedules and business demands. - Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Training Manager. **Requirements:** - High School Diploma or GED required; additional coursework in adult learning or related field preferred. - Minimum 2 years of training experience, ideally in a call center or BPO environment. - Familiarity with adult learning principles is advantageous. - Proficiency in employee relations and classroom management techniques. - Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. - Effective time management and adaptability to changing priorities. - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities. - Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team. - Proficient in Office 365 and other Windows-based systems. - Willingness to travel as necessary. - Access to high-speed internet and the ability to work from home if required. - Full-time office-based work required. - Residing near or in close proximity to one of the supported call centers, preferably in Winston-Salem, NC. - Experience in creating new training materials is a beneficial asset.
