Job Description

Responsibilities: Design, develop and update training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and handouts, aligned with organizational goals and industry standards. Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees, utilizing various instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles. Assess the impact of training through feedback mechanisms and performance data, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Identify training gaps and needs within the organization through assessments and feedback. Develop targeted training programs to programs to address these needs. Support the implementation of forums management systems and improvement training on performance expectations and goal setting.
