• Develop, document, and execute test cases, scripts, and plans for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Work closely with development, product, and design teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Recommend and contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and methodologies.
• Maintain clear documentation of test procedures, results, and reports.
• Participate in release planning and support post-release validation and monitoring.
• Conduct adversarial testing (e.g., prompt injection, data exfiltration) to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities in AI systems

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 4 6 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Proficient in writing SQL queries for data validation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with LLMs & RAG architecture.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, with experience in test automation frameworks.
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, and YAML.
• Familiar with Azure CI/CD.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience testing APIs using Postman.
• Exposure to DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
