Sr. Telecaller International Process

As an International Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for prospective international clients. You will manage outbound and inbound calls, qualify leads, explain our products/services, schedule appointments, and support the sales team to close deals. This role requires excellent communication, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work flexible hours to align with overseas time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads across international markets.
• Respond to inbound enquiries from international prospects via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Qualify leads using established criteria and update CRM records accurately and promptly.
• Present product/service features, pricing, and benefits clearly and professionally.
• Schedule product demos, meetings, or hand-offs to sales executives.
• Follow up persistently with prospects and manage multiple touchpoints in a respectful manner.
• Handle objections and negotiate to move prospects along the sales funnel.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, promotions, and competitor trends.
• Provide feedback to marketing and sales on lead quality, common objections, and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare call reports and contribute to regular sales meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
