Sr. Technical Sales Engineer Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Sales Engineer, Located in Pune. The Senior Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet the needs of clients, and providing technical guidance. The Senior Technical Sales Engineer will also be responsible for working with management to develop and execute sales strategies and will provide feedback to internal teams to improve products and services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering. Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical sales or customer-facing roles in the engineering / Instrumentation manufacturing industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated technical knowledge and experience with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience with technical sales tools such as CRM software. Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and precision engineering is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel as needed.
