Job Description

Effective issue triaging, strong debugging skills, a responsive attitude, and the ability to handle pressure are essential qualities for this role. Technical expertise in multiple areas such as Oracle Database, PL/SQL, leading Application Servers, popular Web Technologies, and REST API is required. Experience in Banking Product Support or Development, or working in Bank IT, is highly preferred. Good communication skills for customer interactions and critical situation management are a significant advantage. Familiarity with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Oracle JET, and Microservices architecture will be beneficial. Technical Skillset: - Core Java, J2EE, Oracle - Basic knowledge of Performance Tuning and Oracle internals, interpreting AWR reports - Application Servers: WebLogic / WebSphere - Familiarity with additional areas is advantageous: - REST/Web Services/ORM - Logging and monitoring tools like OCI Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk - Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration platforms - UI technologies: Knockout JS, OJET, RequireJS, AJAX, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, JSON, SaaS This position is at Career Level IC3.,
