Sr Team Member - Revenue Assurance

You will be working in an operational role under direct supervision, responsible for day-to-day Revenue Assurance operational activities. Seeking appropriate guidance and advice may be necessary to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and tracking customer orders from opportunity to network and billing, focusing on commercial and technical parameters to ensure real-time revenue realization for GNS/Transmission/IP services. - Performing end-to-end circuit reconciliations for data/data usage services such as GNS/Cloud/Media/UCC. - Conducting end-to-end voice/CDR reconciliations for voice/move/MMX/signalling services from source to billing, ensuring accuracy. - Monitoring trends for voice and usage-based services to identify and prevent any gaps in the system or process, particularly for voice/CDR/EDR services. - Tracking and monitoring third-party costs (direct costs) for network services. - Performing inventory reconciliations for all toll-free/DID numbers that have been procured against their provision status. - Conducting margin analysis for all voice/MMX/move products per country, identifying risks in high-margin countries.,
