Purpose of Role As part of the Marketing team, responsible for brand building activities, new product launch activities, activations , in- branch branding, lead generation activities and ATL-BTL campaigns. As part of the Marketing team, the role holder will be responsible for: Planning and executing Insurance Awareness Campaigns pan India to promote financial literacy and enhance product understanding at the grassroots level. Planning and executing brand-building activities, new product launches, activations, lead generation activities and integrated ATL-BTL campaigns. Managing media planning and buying in coordination with various media agencies. Leading channel marketing on-ground campaigns end-to-end-from ideation to execution and performance tracking. Overseeing vendor management and conducting effective negotiations to ensure high-impact deliverables within defined budgets, while identifying cost-saving opportunities across marketing initiatives. Driving new product launch activities across bank branches and for the Agency Channel. Conceptualizing and implementing lead generation initiatives in bank branches, corporate offices, markets, and residential welfare associations (RWAs). Developing strategies to enhance product and brand visibility across bank branches. Supporting the Agency Channel with lead generation campaigns and on-ground brand activations. Creating innovative approaches to elevate the organization's brand positioning across industry platforms and through diverse media vehicles. Monitoring and analyzing competitor activities to stay ahead of market trends and refine marketing strategies. Designing and executing partner (banker) engagement programs to strengthen relationships and drive product affinity. Leading bank branch activations across India for festivals, foundation days, and new product launches. Enhancing visibility in rural areas Ideal fit (Requirements) Good interpersonal and presentation skills to manage internal and external stakeholder. Problem solver and effective project and time management abilities and willing to travel extensively across North India. Highly motivated individual with proven track record of achieving KRA. Strong experience in event management and activation. Strong organization skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong customer orientation and a professional approach with the ability to interact with all levels. Self-motivated, team player with high energy and ability to work independently. Experience in CSR will be an added advantage. Travel Requirements There will be extensive travel in JH / NE / Central India for Insurance Awareness activities. In order of priority: 1. Kolkata 2. Bhubaneswar 3. Lucknow 4. Delhi 5. Patna
