We are seeking a seasoned Sr Team Lead-Cloud & Infra Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. This role involves leading a team of engineers in designing and managing cloud infrastructure solutions that meet business needs while ensuring performance, reliability, and security.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of cloud and infrastructure engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of cloud-based systems and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud strategies.
Conduct regular system performance reviews and optimize infrastructure as needed.
Mentor and guide team members in their professional development and technical skills.
Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud technologies and recommend improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

10-17 years of experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure engineering.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
