Sr. Tax Coordinator III

As a 1099-K Reporting Specialist, your role involves overseeing the end-to-end process of 1099-K form generation and submission. You will be responsible for coordinating with U.S. tax teams and external vendors to ensure timely filing. Additionally, you will reconcile discrepancies between internal records and third-party data sources. Your compliance and audit responsibilities include staying updated on IRS regulations, ensuring compliance with current 1099-K requirements, and preparing documentation for internal and external audits related to tax reporting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to provide guidance and support on 1099-K related queries. Moreover, you will identify and implement process enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency, as well as develop SOPs and training materials for the 1099-K process. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or equivalent preferred). - 5+ years of experience in U.S. tax reporting, specifically 1099-K. - Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and tax compliance. - Experience working in a Shared Service Center or multinational environment. - Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (Oracle), and Tax - OneSource. - Excellent communication and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with other 1099 forms (e.g., 1099-MISC, 1099-NEC). - Experience with automation tools and data analytics platforms. - Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.,
