Description
As a Sr. System Analyst - Coupa at ADM, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes and collaborating with various teams to develop end-to-end solutions for indirect procurement process and systems. Your alignment with the Solution Architect(s), Process analysts, and business specialists will be essential in driving innovation and supporting ADM's strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute to the design and deployment of end-to-end solutions by collaborating with IT delivery team members - Participate in design workshops, providing industry best practices knowledge and Coupa implementation experience - Document fit/gap analysis and design decisions, ensuring deviations have a positive value proposition - Complete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, improvements, forms, and workflows - Collaborate with 3rd party vendors for technical consulting and ensure technical design aligns with functional specifications - Configure system settings including approval chains, PO Customizations, Tax codes, and more following Coupa best practices - Provide input on security designs and solutions, share technology risks and opportunities for process improvement - Provide status updates and documentation to management, participate in estimates for project needs - Support project implementation transition and resolve escalated support issues - Identify and implement business process continuous improvement opportunities **Job Requirements:** - 5-7 years experience in Coupa and SAP modules, S/4HANA experience preferred - Ability to work in a team environment and independently - Strong analytical, organization, time management, and process management skills - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills - Adaptability to changing environments and priorities - Proficiency in communicating technology solutions to address business needs - Maintain a positive work culture through teamwork and conflict resolution - Willingness to work weekends, holidays, overtime, or varied shifts as needed - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field Join ADM to unlock your potential and contribute to enriching lives worldwide through innovative business solutions.,
