As a Senior System Administrator at Games2win, based in Mumbai and reporting to Mahesh Khambadkone (CTO), you will be responsible for overseeing various IT systems. This includes managing the network infrastructure, VPNs, physical systems, mobile devices, backup servers, version control repositories, email servers, and software licensing. You will work with a team of Service Engineers to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, create/update standard operating procedures, resolve system failures, and proactively monitor system performance and security. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 4 years of experience as a Senior System Administrator or Network Administrator, with knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems, network management, system security, and data backup/recovery. Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and experience working with remote teams are essential requirements.
