As an ideal candidate for this position, you should have experience working with a variety of network devices such as Firewalls, Switches, Routers, and Wi-Fi AP or controllers. You should be able to provide details on the models and firmware versions of these devices, as well as your proficiency in CLI or GUI, firmware upgrades, and failsafe restore procedures. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience in dealing with IPS/IDS attacks, setting up IPSEC/GRE/SSL VPN tunnels, and configuring routing protocols like BGP. Your knowledge of Virtualization should be at a specified level (Beginner/Moderate/Advanced), and you should be able to demonstrate your experience in building cloud environments and performing online backups/system images. Furthermore, your expertise in Email Server management, working with Windows Servers, Desktops/Laptops, Linux, and Mac OS at a specified level (Beginner/Moderate/Advanced), as well as Storage and Data Backup, Antivirus, Patch Management administration, and familiarity with Ticketing and Monitoring systems like Nagios will be highly valued. Any knowledge of ISMS and ITIL processes will be considered an added advantage for this role.,
