Job Description

As a Team Lead in this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 2 or more professionals. Your primary focus will be on mentoring, coaching, and coordinating the team. You will work as a first-level manager leading professionals, technical, and administrative staff. Although you may not have budget or hire/fire authority, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing, and updating electronic data systems to meet the organisation's requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software or significant enhancements to existing software. - Collaborate with technical staff to identify software issues and develop specifications to address them. - Evaluate, schedule, and resource development projects, investigate user needs, write, test, and maintain computer programs, and prepare systems. - Handle escalated customer complaints, provide suggestions for improvements and enhancements, and may participate in the development of software user manuals.
