Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to lead and supervise a team of 2 or more professionals as a first-level manager. The team may consist of professionals, technical, and/or administrative staff. In this role, you will focus on mentoring, coaching, and coordination, and be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and updating electronic data systems based on the organization's needs. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating the design development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software. You will collaborate with technical staff to understand software issues and develop specifications to address them. Other activities will involve evaluating, scheduling, and resourcing development projects, investigating user requirements, writing, testing, and maintaining computer programs, as well as preparing systems. Additionally, you will handle escalated customer complaints, suggest improvements and enhancements, and may participate in the development of software user manuals. To qualify for this role, you should have an Associates Degree (13 years) in education and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience/background.,
