Job Description

As a Senior Staff Quality Engineer in Central QE Operations, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high quality internal tools and applications that enable and enhance the productivity of our Quality Engineering organization. This role emphasizes innovation, automation, and application development on the ServiceNow platform to support internal QE workflows, certification processes, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include

Design, build, and maintain internal applications and tooling on the ServiceNow platform to streamline QE processes and operations
Develop automation frameworks and services to improve functional, regression, and system level testing efficiency
Innovate new solutions and prototypes that enable scale, visibility, and standardization for quality metrics and governance
Integrate custom applications with ServiceNow modules, workflows, and APIs to support quality operations
Plan, automate, and execute test strategies for QE tooling, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability
Drive adoption of QE tools and best practices, mentoring team members and influencing process improvements across Central QE
Partner with internal stakeholders including QE leadership, operations, and platform teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful solutions

Qualifications

Required

8 or more years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Application Development with a proven record of innovation in internal tooling or platforms
Strong Java expert
