As a Sr. Staff Software Engineer Tech Lead at Qualifacts, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing compliance reporting software to ensure high performance, security, and maintainability. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and optimizing compliance reporting software to ensure high performance, security, and maintainability - Collaborating closely with Product Owners to shape requirements, refine technical specifications, and assess feasibility - Contributing to architectural discussions to ensure software solutions align with best practices and long-term system sustainability - Taking ownership of projects independently, proactively identifying potential risks and driving solutions to completion - Mentoring and supporting lower-level developers by providing code reviews, sharing best practices, and offering guidance - Driving debugging and performance optimization efforts, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in applications and databases - Ensuring compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and documentation best practices - Working closely with QA, other engineers, and operations to support smooth releases and system stability Qualifications for the Sr. Staff Software Engineer Tech Lead role include: - Advanced debugging and performance optimization skills - Strong architectural and design understanding for scalability, security, and maintainability - Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Mongo (no SQL database) - Deep expertise in .NET technologies, including .NET Core, C# and SaaS application development - Extensive experience with source control best practices, preferably Git - Expertise in designing, consuming, and integrating APIs and web services (RESTful and SOAP) - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take responsibility for projects - Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS - Experience with front-end technologies like CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, React - Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments - Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including Pipelines, Repositories, and Work Items - Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) preferred - Proficiency in HL7 FHIR and healthcare data integration preferred - Understanding of healthcare compliance regulations and reporting standards preferred As a Sr. Staff Software Engineer Tech Lead at Qualifacts, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and inclusive environment where your skills and expertise will be valued.
