Description
As a Technology Services Consultant at SAP, you will engage in technical and architectural discussions with customers and contribute to developing solution roadmaps. Your role involves analyzing and implementing SAP support methodologies, offering expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion strategies, migration paths, and tools. You will support customers throughout their lifecycle within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services engagement scope, understanding Hyperscaler/Cloud architectures, and managing technical system landscapes. Additionally, you will be responsible for operational tasks, managing escalations, driving process improvements, identifying key issues, and leading resolution efforts. To excel in this role, you will need a strong technical foundation, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers. With at least 8+ years of experience in SAP Technical Administration, preferably in server management, you should possess comprehensive knowledge of SAP solutions, S/4HANA architectures, and SAP HANA. Your expertise in technical planning, configuration, and implementation across multiple SAP and non-SAP technologies will be crucial. In terms of leadership and collaboration, you should be skilled in coordinating delivery and projects as a team lead in a diverse environment, working effectively in dynamic and virtual teams, and collaborating with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams. Customer-centric skills are essential, with a focus on customer needs, strong networking abilities, and a results-driven approach to achieving objectives and delivering value. Strong communication skills in English are required, while proficiency in German is an added advantage. Your background in SAP solutions and cloud technology, along with your adaptability in global, multicultural environments, will be key to your success in this role.
