Job Description

As a Sr Specialist in Product Experience Design at Mastercard, you will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX researchers, and stakeholders to craft exceptional experiences for enterprise software products, with a focus on public-facing B2C sites like Mastercard.com. **Role Overview:** - Employ user-centered design techniques in an iterative process - Engage in design research activities - Implement design decisions based on research findings - Utilize design best practices and patterns, creating new patterns as needed - Develop user flows, interaction models, prototypes, wireframes, sketches, and design specifications - Adapt the design system to align digital products with Mastercard's design standards - Present work confidently to the team and senior stakeholders **Key Responsibilities:** - Specialize in digital product design - Conduct design research and usability testing - Drive UX design from concept to launch - Apply design thinking and human-centered design - Lead and mentor junior designers - Translate vision and user feedback into actionable designs - Follow design systems and maintain a clean design aesthetic - Demonstrate understanding of web standards and accessibility best practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Approach complex problems creatively - Possess excellent communication skills - Work independently and manage time effectively **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in User Experience Design, User Interface Design, Human factors, Usability, or Information Design - Familiarity with rapid prototyping and Lean UX - Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, multicultural environment If you are successful in joining Mastercard, you will be expected to adhere to security policies, maintain information confidentiality and integrity, report any security breaches, and undergo periodic security training to uphold Mastercard's security standards.,
