Job Description

Introduction:

We are looking for a Benefits specialist to support activities to review, implement, and administer benefits policies and programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives, budgetary goals, and related legislation.

Responsibilities:

Participates in benefit surveys and review market data to determine the company s competitive position in employee benefits and propose enhancements as needed.
Reviews and implements enhancements to employee benefits programs to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
Manages relationships with vendors and suppliers
Works and collaborates on other projects and/or assignments as needed

Required Qualifications:

At least a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources. Specialization in Benefits would be an advantage.

3 - 5 years of related experience in Human Resources, preferably in Benefits.
Builds productive internal and external working relationships.

Exchanges detailed and complex information with internal colleagues and others outside of the company.
Networks globally within own function and with other functions as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Meticulous with good problem solving skills where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to network with internal & external personnel in area of expertise.
Ability to adapt well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
