About The Role

Collaborates with stakeholders within the team to build and maintain backend services and solutions to support user-facing products, downstream services, or infrastructure tools and platforms used across Uber.

What The Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

Design and implement platform and services, that will have a direct impact on Uber's customers and business
Collaborate with multiple engineering teams
Champion best software engineering practices such as continuous integration, delivery, and deployment
Write quality code and documentation which can be used as the example for your team
Mentor other engineers and continue building a strong culture of quality

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
Programming language (e.g. Javascript, HTML,CSS,Node, Java, Python, or Go)
