Job Description

Thorough knowledge of MEM, Intune Infrastructure, and Co management Advanced understanding of patch management, OS deployment, application deployment, client/server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting Knowledgeable about Windows 11 servicing and mass rollout/migration of end user technologies Expertise in managing task sequences, OS images, and monitoring updates via ADR, Update Groups, and Deployment packages Proficient in designing and planning app deployments and patch rollouts, including in house and store apps for iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows. Expert on mobility infrastructure and device compliance policies Strong skills in documenting project plans, test plans, user communications, and standards Ability to create custom inventory and manage hardware/software asset reporting. Proven analytical and problem solving skills Knowledge of packaging, re packaging, and application customization using Admin Studio and MS App V Adept at PowerShell scripting for various operations Flexibility with working shifts and collaborating with offshore/onshore teams Capable of deploying/Upgrading Windows 11 management features and creating reports via MEM Wizard or SQL queries Able to provide EUC Level support for MDM infrastructure and training for help desks Knowledge of packaging, re packaging, and application customization using Admin Studio and MS App V would be an added advantage Good verbal (English) and written communication skills, including presenting to management
