YOUR IMPACT: As a Senior Software Engineer, you will utilize your knowledge and experience to implement complex product design, systems analysis, research, maintenance, troubleshooting and other programming activities. You will also work on innovation for both team and product development. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS : Produce high quality code according to design specifications. Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix highly complex code defects. Propose creative solutions or alternatives balancing risk, complexity, and effort to meet requirements. Be part of software design exercise/code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standards. Work across teams and functional roles to ensure interoperability among other products, including training and consultation Participate in the software development process from design to release in an Agile Development Framework. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field 6+ years of product development experience In depth knowledge in Java, J2EE, EJB & WebServices (SOAP, REST) Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code Excellent RDBMS experience for any DB Experience working with at least one of the following application servers is strongly preferred: JBoss, Weblogic, WebSphere. Experience working with server internals such as multi threads, process model, memory mgmt, scheduler, clustering and load balancing are preferred Excellent communication and time management skills
