As a full stack Software Developer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on developing innovative SaaS applications that are delivered via the cloud. Your role will involve working on a mix of new projects, maintenance, and support throughout the entire lifecycle from concept and system design to live deployment. You will be part of a growing team that focuses on developing products for the insurance industry, collaborating with various stakeholders within the UK and Worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Develop innovative SaaS applications using the latest cloud technologies, serverless, and microservices architecture. - Work on a combination of new projects, maintenance, and support across the entire lifecycle. - Collaborate with insurance companies, suppliers, police forces, and supporting industries. - Utilize industry standard API integrations such as JSON, Restful, etc. - Deploy applications to AWS and work with technologies like C#, .Net Framework & Core, SQL, Automation toolsets, MVC, Entity Framework, Angular.js, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, among others. - Demonstrate a love for technology and a desire to continuously learn and improve. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English. - Commercial experience with C# / .Net Framework & Core and SQL (Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL). - Knowledge of Automation toolsets, AWS deployment, Microsoft Visual Studio, MVC, Entity Framework, and Source Control (Git). - Familiarity with Angular.js, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and industry standard API integrations. - Desirable experience with Scrum/Agile Methodology, design patterns, Insurance industry knowledge, microservices architecture, serverless architecture, Low Code / No Code solutions, Test-Driven Development, CI/CD pipelines, among others.
