Position - Sr. Software Engineer 1
Location - Electronic city, Bangalore
This position is in the Bluetooth Test group for Qualcomm IOT Connectivity Group.
The candidate will test BT on IoT products like wearables, handheld devices, and smart speakers, gaining exposure to BT/Coex modules of Qualcomm s connectivity solution.
Responsibilities include manual and automated testing of Bluetooth chipsets.
Collaborating with development and cross-functional teams is crucial to deliver quality results that meet customer expectations, following QA processes.
Must have:
Proficient in testing Bluetooth profiles: AVRCP, PBAP, A2DP, HFP, OPP, PAN, A2DP SINK
Experienced in testing Bluetooth Low Energy
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and log analysis skills
Excellent Python programming and debugging skills
Good to have:
Experience with BT Sniffers (Frontline, Ellysis)
Familiarity with Bluetooth 5.x features is beneficial
