As a Senior Site Supervisor/Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing interior fit-out and design projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring quality standards, and overseeing vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, resource planning, and risk management. - Coordinate effectively between clients, design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success. - Conduct kick-off meetings and regular check-ins to maintain alignment across all stakeholders. - Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets to ensure profitability. - Track expenses, approve purchases, and manage change orders efficiently. - Create and manage project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera. - Identify critical paths and address potential delays to maintain timelines. - Lead cross-functional teams, define roles, and conduct performance assessments. - Ensure work is executed as per design specifications and quality standards. - Manage vendors and subcontractors, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior design and architecture. - Strong knowledge of project planning tools, budgeting, and construction management. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and other relevant project tools. - Strong communication and negotiation abilities. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing project needs. - Preferably a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. - PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
