Sr. Scrum Master - Technology Lead

As a Scrum Master, you will need 5-8 years of experience in this role. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in computer science or a related field, and possess a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or an equivalent Agile certification. Additionally, you should have substantial experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development setting, totaling 8-10 years of overall experience. Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles is essential. A strong understanding of modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and tools, including release management and change/incident management, is required. Experience in ticket creation, escalation, and SDLC management processes is also crucial. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are a must, enabling successful collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. We are looking for individuals who are highly energetic, self-motivated, and dedicated to driving continuous improvement and cultivating a positive team culture. Proficiency with Jira, custom filtering, and extensive reporting is necessary, and familiarity with Confluence or similar collaboration tools is desirable. Nice-to-have qualifications include exposure to teams working with client-facing Software as a Service (SaaS) products, an understanding of IT processes and challenges, and prior experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, developer, or Quality Assurance professional. The shift timings for this role are in the UK shift, from 1 PM to 10 PM, providing support for release activities based on EST times for two days per production cycle.
