As a SAP CS Customer Service Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in the SAP CS module, backed by a minimum of 5-7 years of comprehensive knowledge in this area. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution is a prerequisite for this role. Your role will involve proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA Rise on AWS, with prior experience in this being mandatory. Holding an S4 Certification will be considered an additional advantage for this position. Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of the CS module, including Org. Structure, CS Master Data, Supporting Document Types for Service, Pricing, Corrective Maintenance Service, Preventive Maintenance Service, Service Contract Management, Service Monitoring and Analytics, Warranty Claim Management for Customer Claim Processing, Warranty Claim Management for Supplier Recovery Processing, In-House Repair (3XK), Recurring Services, and Service Order Management. This position is open at multiple locations, including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, and Indore. The ideal candidate should possess a notice period of Immediate to 30 days.
